The wait is finally over! Urban Air Adventure Park's doors opened for a "soft opening" on Wednesday, April 16th at 10:00 am. With their newest location at 7471 Somerset Crossing in Gainesville, families will have a perfect place to go for hours of fun! My family had a blast at Urban Air on Opening Day! I took my 4 youngest kids, ages 13, 8-year-old twins, and 4. I expected to stay about an hour, but found it easy to stay 3 hours! If we didn't have somewhere else to go that day, we would have stayed even longer. Unlike other similar activities, the noise level was perfect. I felt the kids could independently go from activity to activity without any worry. The area for little ones was amazing! I loved that parents are allowed to go in and watch their kids if they feel they would like to. My kids have never done climbing walls and it was so fun to see them accomplish the task and race each other. Laser tag was pretty cool. I enjoyed being able to get a glimpse of them chasing each other with their laser guns, as it is somewhat open. The kids enjoyed every minute of their visit to Urban Air!
If you are a parent who needs to do work with wifi, Urban Air is a great place to come with the kids and sit in some of the ample seating to work on your computer. I saw some parents taking advantage of this and others just reading a book. Even though there is so much to do there, at the same time it is a low-stress environment where you can sit comfortably without much distraction.
With various ticket options available, adventurers can have unlimited access for just $39.99. There are no time limits on your stay at Urban Air. Kids can spend the whole day there!
